Return Policy
We want your online experience with Hamag to be easy and enjoyable. We are always here to answer your questions or concerns. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, you may return items for a complete refund for the cost of the goods excluding postage & handling. For damaged goods, please advise immediately upon receipt via email within 7 days, with clear details and photos. All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable, for a refund to be affected. The cost of the return freight and insurance is the purchaser’s responsibility.

Refunds
Once we have received the goods we will issue a refund for the total purchase price, excluding postage & handling. We will refund you in the same method as payment given. We will not issue refunds where goods have obviously been used or tampered with in any way. You the customer are totally responsible for the theft, loss or damage of the goods once they are in your possession.
EU Sales
We will begin shipping to the EU shortly, with changes to policies in place, including 14 day returns. This will change when that happens.
