Returns & Refunds

We want your online experience with Hamag to be easy and enjoyable. We are always here to answer your questions or concerns. You can contact us directly via any of our online channels (Email, Website chat, Facebook or Instagram) if you have any questions or queries before any purchase.

We understand that hiccups happen, and we will work with you to resolve them.

RETURNS: 

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your order once received, you may return items for a complete refund for the cost of the goods excluding postage & handling. 
  • If you received a damaged shipment or product, you have 7 days to let us know about the issue. Please email photos of the damaged item to sales@hamag.com.au, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  All returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging where applicable, for a refund to be effected. 
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of an item's return, unless there was an error on our behalf. Due to the nature of postage, it may cost more to send an item back to us than our original shipping cost to you.
  • A Hamag representative must be contacted before returning goods. We can only offer refunds when we have arranged a return with us.
  • We don't accept returns after 30 days of purchase. Items returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund.
  • Where you want to exchange a product, Hamag needs to receive the items to be returned before a replacement is sent.

REFUNDS:

Our goods comes with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable less or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Once we have received the goods and made the proper assessment, we’ll contact you directly via email or phone. Then we will issue a refund for the total purchase price, excluding postage & handling. We will refund you in the same method as payment given.
